Neighborhood Festival

This Festival was going on the day before I left. I asked the Hotel folks at the front desk about it and they only said it was a neighborhood festival. There was lots of people out on the streets and some stages had been setup in random places in the Garcia neighborhood with live music. Decorations everywhere and the restaurants were packed.

This is as close as I culd get to the parade route. Loud bangs sounding like canons going off, these puppets and some trucks with about a half dozen people in the back throwing candy at people. I like the crazy looking lady pointing at the parade.

I believe this is the Sol square decorated for the festival and more packed than usual
